Yes. Master service agreements (MSAs) with statement of work (SOW) addenda are our standard contracting model for enterprise engagements. We accept client MSAs in most cases, including standard enterprise terms around IP transfer, indemnification, insurance, data handling, audit rights, sub processor approval, and termination.
