Yes. You have direct access to the offshore engineer through your Slack, GitHub, and standups, plus a dedicated delivery lead from our side who handles escalation if anything is off. The Head of Business Development remains the engagement owner and is reachable for contract level questions throughout the engagement. There is no rotating account manager you have to re explain context to every quarter.
