Yes. Silver and Gold tier clients have on call coverage with documented escalation paths. P1 incidents (production down, payment broken, data loss risk) get acknowledged within the SLA window and worked on continuously until resolution. For one off emergencies without a maintenance contract we offer rescue engagements priced at $250 per hour for the first 40 hours, then standard rates apply once the immediate fire is contained.
