UK NHS clients deploy in UK regions. Australian My Health Records Act clients deploy in Australian regions. Multi country deployments use region specific data stores with strict cross border controls. We never move PHI between regions without explicit client approval and a documented justification, and our engineers access PHI from approved IP ranges via VPN with audit logging.
