How do you handle the timezone difference?

Our engineers are based in Ahmedabad, India (IST, UTC plus 5:30). UK clients (GMT or BST) get 4 to 6 hours of working overlap per day using IST 1pm to 9pm equivalent. US East Coast gets 2 to 3 hours of overlap. US West Coast gets 1 to 2 hours. We can shift engineer working hours (11am to 7pm IST or 2pm to 10pm IST instead of standard 9am to 5pm IST) to extend overlap with your team, agreed at contract signing. For 24x7 production support we can arrange engineers on shifted schedules.
