What if the developer is not the right fit?

Our 5 day developer replacement clause covers this. If you find the developer is not the right fit (technical level wrong, communication mismatch, team chemistry off) within the first month, we replace the developer within 5 working days at no additional cost and without recontracting. Replacement engineers are pre vetted from our existing bench so onboarding is fast. We share the assessment of the original developer with the replacement to keep continuity on context.
