What if the offshore developer is not the right fit?

If you find the developer is not the right fit (technical level wrong, communication mismatch, team chemistry off) within the first month, we replace the developer within 5 working days at no additional cost and without recontracting. Replacement engineers are pre vetted from our bench so onboarding is fast. The assessment of the original developer is shared with the replacement to preserve continuity on product context, which avoids the typical offshore problem of repeated onboarding.
