Real Clients, Real Results: What Our Verified Clutch Reviews Actually Say
Four real clients. Four verified outcomes. This is what working with Acquaint Softtech actually looks like from the client side, in their own words from Clutch.
What We Know After 1,300+ Projects
Any agency can write a testimonials page. We prefer to let verified, third-party platforms do the talking.
Every review on our Clutch profile was submitted independently by a real client, verified by Clutch's team, and published under the client's name and company. You can read every one of them at Acquaint Softtech Clutch Profile.
This article pulls four of those verified engagements and walks through what the client needed, what we built, and what actually changed for their business. No polish, no marketing spin. Just the outcomes clients documented and published.
Why This Matters When You Are Evaluating a Dev PartnerCase studies written by agencies are marketing. Reviews written by clients on independent platforms are evidence. Read these engagements the same way you would read references. Look for specifics: what was the challenge, what was the process, and what changed measurably after the engagement. If those specifics are there, the vendor knows what they are doing. If they are not, keep looking. |
The Four Engagements
#1 SuperFi
Project Name | SuperFi |
Client Name | Nick Spiller, Founder |
Industry | FinTech |
Type | Mobile App |
Location | United Kingdom |
The Challenge
Nick Spiller came to us with a strong idea and a tight deadline. SuperFi is a UK-based FinTech platform built to help people manage credit card debt, track repayment timelines, and improve their credit scores. The concept was proven. The problem was execution speed and cost.
Hiring an in-house engineering team in the UK for a pre-revenue startup would have meant months of recruitment, significant infrastructure cost, and zero flexibility to scale down if priorities shifted. Nick needed a full team, fast, at a cost that worked for a startup runway.
What We Built
We assembled a team of 14 engineers for Nick and integrated them into the product from day one. The scope covered a full mobile app for Android and iOS built on React Native, a consumer-facing website, a backend system for Nick to manage the platform, and three third-party integrations: Truelayer for banking data and payments, Intercom for customer engagement, and a credit score tracking module.
The app needed to pass financial regulatory requirements in the UK. Our team researched the compliance requirements, implemented them natively, and ensured the platform was ready for regulated financial data from the start.
- Delivered the full platform on schedule, within budget
- Saved SuperFi over $60,000 compared to equivalent in-house hiring costs
- Team of 14 engineers assembled and productive from week one
- UK financial regulation compliance built into the platform natively
- Successfully launched, received strong user adoption post-launch
They have delivered our product on track with a high caliber of detail. Their communication is consistent and they are responsive to every feature improvement and ultimate feedback we have given them. Nick Spiller | Founder, SuperFi | Verified Clutch Review |

#2 Ailleron
Project Name | Ailleron |
Client Name | Rafal Styczen, Chairman & Founder |
Industry | Banking Technology |
Type | AI, BI, Data and Custom Software Software Development |
Location | Poland |
The Challenge
Ailleron is a banking technology and financial software company. They provide software solutions and services to financial institutions across Europe. Their challenge was internal: data was scattered, reporting was slow, and the team was spending too much time building reports manually instead of using data to make decisions.
Report creation was taking up to four working days per report. The volume of data they needed to manage was growing, but the infrastructure to make sense of it was not keeping pace.
What We Built
Our team built a centralized data warehouse to consolidate Ailleron's scattered data sources into a single, structured environment. On top of that, we developed three business intelligence dashboards that gave their teams immediate visibility into performance data across the business.
The engagement ran from June 2024 to March 2025. The client submitted their Clutch review based on the work completed and the measurable business changes they observed.
- 200 hours saved per week across the team after data warehouse deployment
- Report creation time cut from 4 working days to 1 working day
- 3 business intelligence dashboards deployed and in active use
- Technical gap between data work and business needs closed, per client review
Acquaint Softtech's work transformed our data handling process. The team was committed, skilled, and capable of bridging the gap between technical work and business needs. Engineering Leadership | Ailleron | Banking Technology | Verified Clutch Review |
#3 Heimstaden
Project Name | Heimstaden AB |
Client Name | Christian Fladeland |
Industry | Real Estate |
Type | Residential Real Estate Platform |
Location | Denmark |
The Challenge
Heimstaden AB is one of Europe's largest residential real estate owners, with a portfolio spanning multiple countries. At the operational level, their challenge was tenant and property management: payments were getting stuck, tenant requests were being misunderstood or lost, and staff were spending too much time hunting through old support tickets for information that should have been instantly accessible.
The engagement started in September 2024. The brief was to develop software features that could address the unit update tracking problem and the tenant request management gap, without disrupting the existing operational workflows.
What We Built
We developed custom software features to help Heimstaden track unit updates and manage tenant requests in a structured, searchable system. The work focused on reducing friction at the operational level: fewer stuck payments, fewer communication breakdowns between staff and tenants, and faster ticket resolution.
Our team integrated directly with Heimstaden's existing developers, working inside their workflow rather than building in isolation.
- Reduction in stuck payments following deployment of the new payment tracking features
- Fewer misunderstandings between tenants and property management staff
- Staff spend less time searching for old tickets and historical request data
- Team described as blending well with internal developers, acting as part of the team
Acquaint Softtech made clear progress on the project. The team was highly communicative and responsive. They blended well with the internal developers and acted as part of the team. Their proactive approach and positive attitude contributed to the project's success. Operations Technology Team | Heimstaden AB | Residential Real Estate | Verified Clutch Review |
#4 Fliqa Payments
Project Name | FLIQA Payments |
Client Name | Nina Strajnar, CEO |
Industry | Fintech |
Type | Custom Software for Payment Processing Firm |
Location | Slovenia |
The Challenge
Nina Strajnar leads FLIQA Payments, a financial technology company operating in a highly regulated environment. Their backend systems had accumulated technical debt over time, and the gaps in their architecture were creating real compliance risk. Financial event investigation was slow, audit trails were incomplete, and internal compliance reviews were harder than they needed to be.
The engagement ran from August 2024 to March 2025. The brief required both technical depth and a strong understanding of fintech compliance requirements.
What We Built
Our team audited FLIQA Payments' backend flows to identify gaps, ambiguities, and architectural risks. We then refactored legacy components into maintainable, well-structured Laravel-based services that could be audited, monitored, and extended without accumulating further debt.
The work touched some of the most sensitive parts of their system. Security discipline and compliance awareness were non-negotiable requirements throughout.
- Smoother internal compliance reviews following refactor
- Cleaner audit trails across financial event flows
- Better system data tracking enabling faster issue resolution
- Team recognised for security and compliance discipline without over-engineering
The most notable thing was their security and compliance discipline in an overengineering-free manner. Acquaint Softtech's work made investigating financial events straightforward and compliance reviews more structured. Nina Strajnar | CEO, FLIQA Payments | Verified Clutch Review |
What These Four Engagements Have in Common
Across four different industries, four different countries, and four different technical briefs, three patterns show up consistently in our verified client reviews.
1. Direct integration with client teams
Every one of these clients mentioned communication, responsiveness, and how our developers worked alongside their internal teams. This is not an accident. We build for direct integration from day one. No account manager layer, no communication buffer, no information bottleneck. Clients talk directly to the developers building their product.
2. Delivery on schedule without quality compromise
Nick Spiller at SuperFi specifically noted delivery on track with high detail. Ailleron noted milestone delivery consistently. Heimstaden noted clear, consistent progress. FLIQA Payments noted adaptability and timeliness. Sprint delivery reliability is the metric we track most closely internally, and it shows up in how clients describe the experience.
3. Measurable business outcomes, not just technical outputs
SuperFi saved $60,000 on hiring. Ailleron saved 200 hours per week. Heimstaden reduced stuck payments. FLIQA improved compliance review speed. These are business outcomes, not just completed feature lists. The distinction matters. A feature shipped is a technical output. A business problem solved is what clients actually needed.
The Only Proof That Matters Is Independent
We could write our own case studies with polished outcomes and carefully chosen language. Every agency does.
What we would rather do is point you to Clutch, Upwork, and the clients whose names are attached to verified reviews on independent platforms. Clutch verifies every reviewer. Upwork records every job and every client rating. Neither platform has any incentive to let us look better than we are.
34 five-star Clutch reviews. 1,293 Upwork jobs. 100% Job Success Score. These numbers have been independently verified by platforms with no stake in our reputation.
If you want to go deeper on any of these case studies, the full versions are on our website. If you want to speak to a client directly, we can arrange that in our first call.
