What Is Laracon And When Is It Held?

Laracon is the official annual conference for the Laravel PHP framework, where developers, businesses, and enthusiasts gather to hear from the brightest minds in the Laravel world. As for when it is held: Laracon runs every year across several regions; Laracon US usually takes place in summer, Laracon EU in late summer or early autumn, plus editions in India, Australia, and online. Applying what the community shares at Laracon is part of the Laravel development services at Acquaint Softtech.

Laracon is the official conference for Laravel enthusiasts and developers, an event where the community gathers to learn from leading voices in the Laravel universe and related fields.

It covers a range of web development and software engineering topics, with a special focus on Laravel practices, case studies, and innovative approaches, and it goes beyond Laravel to touch on frontend technologies, deployment strategies, and application design.

Its goal is to inspire and educate attendees and build a stronger, more knowledgeable community, which is why teams offering Laravel consulting services follow it closely.

Laracon is held annually in multiple locations around the world, and you can find dates and tickets on the official event sites, such as Laracon US. Here are the main editions and their usual timing:

• Knowledge sharing: high-quality talks and workshops by industry experts on Laravel's core features and new developments.

• Networking: an exceptional environment for developers and businesses to exchange ideas and build connections.

• Laravel ecosystem exposure: a broad view of related tools, packages, and technologies that enhance Laravel development.

• Product showcases: sponsors and exhibitors present tools and services that can improve your Laravel workflow.

Acquaint Softtech, an Official Laravel Partner, actively takes part in Laracon. At Laracon US 2025 in Denver (July 29 to 30), our team, including CTO Alpesh Nakrani, met Laravel enthusiasts, startups, CTOs, and enterprises for one-on-one sessions on Laravel strategy, scaling, and AI integration. Helping founders scale securely is a core part of our Laravel solutions for startups.

A typical Laracon is packed with presentations, discussions, and networking. Speakers include prominent figures in the community, including Laravel's creator Taylor Otwell, and talks cover advanced Laravel features, real-world case studies, complementary tools, and the future roadmap; announcements from Taylor often set that direction. For a partner's own view of the event, read our LaraconIN 2025 experience and insights.

Laracon is held every year: Laracon US in summer, Laracon EU in late summer or early autumn, plus India, Australia, and online editions. The location rotates; past Laracon US cities include New York, Chicago, and San Francisco, while Laracon EU is often in Amsterdam.

And yes, there is an online option: Laracon Online streams globally so anyone can join without travel. The insights shared there shape how good teams build, whether you hire offshore Laravel developers or a local team.

You do not need to wait for a conference to benefit from Laravel expertise. Acquaint Softtech's engineers apply the latest community practices all year round, and you can hire full-stack Laravel developers to build alongside them.
